Taco Bell Test Kitchen Tuesday Drop Access Offer (“Offer”) Terms And Conditions

No purchase necessary. Attendance at the events scheduled to take place on the date and at the location below (the “Event”) and use of the Offer website (“Site”) is limited to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older and Taco Bell Rewards program members in good standing as of September 26, 2024 11:59 PM PST. In addition to the eligible requirements set forth above, employees of Taco Bell Corp. (“Taco Bell”) and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, and any advertising and promotion agencies associated with this Offer in any way, and members of the immediate families (spouse, siblings, parents, children and their respective spouses) or households of each such employee (the “Promotion Parties”), are not eligible. A person who meets the eligibility requirements set forth above and is not otherwise excluded from participation is an “Eligible Person.” Void where prohibited.

An Eligible Person may request a Test Kitchen Access Reward (“Access Reward”) on a first-come, first-served basis. Eligible Person must provide the email address associated with their Taco Bell Rewards account when requesting an Access Reward. There are five (5) Access Rewards available. The Access Reward is to gain access to:

An experience at the Taco Bell Test Kitchen scheduled for 1/14/25 in Irvine, CA.

Each Access Reward is good for one (1) Eligible Person and one (1) guest who must also be 21 years of age or older. Receipt of the Access Reward is contingent on eligibility, execution of documentation provided by Taco Bell, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. LIMIT: One (1) Access Reward per person. The Eligible Person and their guest upon request must produce government-issued identification that matches the name on the applicable reservation (part of the documentation that must be executed prior to receipt of the Access Reward). Other documentation that must be executed includes a liability release, an affidavit of eligibility, and a publicity release. The experience consists of a visit to the Taco Bell test kitchen. Recipients of the Access Reward receive two (2) nights in one (1) double occupancy standard room at a hotel selected by Taco Bell to be shared by the Eligible Person and their guest. Eligible Person receiving an Access Reward also receives one (1) voucher for travel and travel-related expenses in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,200). (Approximate value of Access Reward: $2,000). All costs and expenses incurred in connection with the Event (including, without limitation, purchases of food, beverages, and /or merchandise) are the sole responsibility of the Eligible Person and/or their guest. Valuation is based on available information provided to Taco Bell. Any difference between approximate value and actual value will not be provided. Taco Bell is not responsible for acts outside its control, including but not limited to acts occurring at the Event or cancellation, delay, or postponement of the Event. No compensation will be provided for Access Reward that is unusable for any reason, including, without limitation, cancellation, delay, or postponement of the Event. Eligible Person who has received the Access Reward (“Reward Recipient”) agrees that the Access Reward constitutes a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to the Reward Recipient and their guest, and the Access Reward may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed. Any attempt to dispose of an Access Reward as contemplated by the preceding sentence shall be grounds for disqualification and/or forfeiture of the ticket(s). The Event may be cancelled, delayed, or postponed in whole or in part for any reason in Taco Bell’s discretion. Taco Bell reserves the right to remove or prohibit attendance by anyone who engages in behavior that is obnoxious, threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person. Taco Bell reserves the right to conduct a background check on any Reward Recipient and their guest and Taco Bell reserves the right to prohibit attendance based on the results of such background check in Taco Bell’s discretion.

Certain activities during the Access Reward may include participation in physical activities. By attending the Event, attendee acknowledges that their participation is voluntary, acknowledges that there are factors and occurrences which may impact on or affect the safety of the activities they are participating in, and they assume the risks of such factors and occurrences and agrees that the Released Parties (as hereafter defined) shall not be in any way responsible for any resulting injury and/or death.

This Offer cannot be combined with other product offers or promotions. In the event of cancellation, delay, postponement, or any other reason that Taco Bell, in its sole discretion, believes will be in the best interest of the Reward Recipient, their guest, and/or Taco Bell, Taco Bell may, with notice to the Reward Recipient, substitute the Event, or provide substitute compensation of equal or greater value. Any details relating to the Event not specified herein shall be in Taco Bell’s or the Event organizer’s sole discretion. All taxes incurred in connection with the Reward Recipient and their guest attending the Event are the sole responsibility of the Reward Recipient.

Allow for shipment of Access Reward to be on or around forty-eight hours after the date August 1, 2024.

Voucher for travel and travel-related expenses is subject to limitations and restrictions and may be provided via one or more gift card. Taco Bell is solely responsible for delivery of voucher as part of the Access Reward. Taco Bell is not responsible for any of the travel or travel-related elements, including cancellations, delays, diversions, or any act or omission whatsoever by air carriers or other transportation providers, any other persons providing any travel or travel-related services, including without limitation loss or damage to baggage, or any restrictions imposed by the Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security. Lost, stolen, or damaged travel vouchers or Event tickets will not be replaced or exchanged.

Conditions: Determination of priority for Access Rewards, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis shall be administered by Taco Bell based on its computer-based timing technology. Taco Bell’s determination of priority shall be final and binding. Once priority of Access Rewards requests is determined, Taco Bell or its agent will verify the potential Reward Recipient’s eligibility.

By attending the Event, Reward Recipient and their guest further agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims which may be sustained in connection with or in relation to the Events.

Reward Recipient and their guest further agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Promotion Parties and their parent corporations, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with (i) participation in the Offer; and/or (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Access Reward, or attendance at the Events. Taco Bell expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the Access Reward. In consideration of the Access Reward, Reward Recipient and their guest agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of such Reward Recipient and or guest’s name, photograph, likeness (including their voice), biographical information and statements concerning the Offer, in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by Taco Bell, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of any individual or Taco Bell, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of California, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California. The parties agree that all disputes arising out of or connected with these Terms and Conditions or the Offer will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action.

TACO BELL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO REDEMPTION OF THE OFFER, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF TACO BELL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Taco Bell is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with, or utilized in, this Offer, or by any human error which may occur in the transmission or processing of the registrations in this Offer. Taco Bell assumes no responsibility for damage caused by computer virus or otherwise, to any computer resulting from access of the Site or participation in the Offer. All Internet access and usage charges are the responsibility of the participating individual. If for any reason this Offer is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Taco Bell, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer, Taco Bell reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer. Persons found tampering with, or abusing any aspect of, this Offer, or whom Taco Bell believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption, or damage will be disqualified.
