  • How do I win a Tuesday Drop item or experience?

    Tuesday Drops are secured on a first-come, first-serve basis. Be quick and fill out your information using a confirmed Rewards Member account – if you are one of the first eligible Rewards Members, you’ll win.

  • How will I know if I’ve secured my Tuesday Drops item or experience?

    You will receive an email from either Taco Bell, TuesdayDrops@tacobell.com or Taco Bell Taco Shop clearly stating that you were one of the first users to claim the Drop, along with instructions on how to move forward.

  • If I claim a food item Drop, can I order and pick it up at a later time?

    Of course! After entering the promo code to add your discount, you will be taken to the check-out screen. There, you can select “Later” and choose a time that works best for you to pick up your discounted food item.

  • Why isn’t my promo code working?

    To ensure everything is spelled correctly, we recommend copying and pasting the promo code directly from the Drops page to the check-out. Our limited-quantity drops go quick, and our time-sensitive Drops expire, so be sure to claim them before they run out.

  • Can I get a Tuesday Drops discount while in store?

    Unfortunately, Rewards Members can only participate in, or redeem, Tuesday Drops on our app.
