Fiesta Veggie Burrito
A warm flour tortilla filled with seasoned rice, slow-simmered black beans, crunchy fiesta strips, Creamy Chipotle sauce, diced tomatoes, a blend of mozzarella, pepperjack, and cheddar cheeses, guacamole made with Hass avocados, and reduced-fat sour cream.
