  • Can I order delivery through Uber Eats, Postmates, DoorDash, or Grubhub?

    Yes, you can still order your Taco Bell favorites on these third party apps.

  • Does Taco Bell have their own delivery drivers?

    No, we have a partnership with DoorDash and utilize their driver fleet to pick up and drop off all orders placed through the Taco Bell mobile app.

  • Can I get loyalty points if I order delivery?

    Yes! You can earn points for the Taco Bell loyalty program by ordering delivery for qualifying purchases on the Taco Bell app.

  • Can I get loyalty points if I forgot to sign in?

    Sorry, at the moment we are unable to retroactively apply points to your account for online orders. However, we are able to apply points from in-store qualifying orders by scanning your receipt in the Rewards tab of the Taco Bell app.

  • What's the difference between ordering delivery on Taco Bell's app vs. on a third party delivery service app like Uber Eats, Postmates, DoorDash or Grubhub?

    By ordering delivery on the Taco Bell app you may have access to special menu items, loyalty points on every qualifying delivery order and special delivery offers and promotions.

  • Is the menu different for delivery?

    Yes, there may be items that are not available for delivery.

  • Who will be delivering my order?

    Your delivery will be handled by a DoorDash delivery driver.

  • I had an issue with my order, who do I contact?

    If you need help before you’ve received your order, please call or text your delivery driver directly. After you’ve received your order, you can receive help through your “My Orders” page by clicking “Need help?” if you placed the order while logged into your account. If you placed your order through guest checkout, fill out the Contact Us form here.

  • How much is the delivery fee?

    Delivery and other fees vary by location. Enter an address to see the delivery fee upon checkout.

  • Can I send an additional tip after the order was delivered?

    Sorry, we are currently unable to add a tip for your driver after you've submitted the order, so if you choose to leave a tip be sure to add that tip beforehand.

  • How long will it take for my food to arrive?

    The delivery time depends on mutliple factors, but an estimated time of arrival will be provided to you inside the Taco Bell app.
